Boy did we find a hidden gem in O'Fallon! Best food I've had in a long time. Turkey leg was amazing, mac n cheese on point! Don't forget the sweet potato cornbread ,Everything was exceptional not one single complaint! Definitely a place to check out!

Visited STL for a girls trip, I wanted some soul food so I googled places near me. I found Ray’s and thought I would give it a try...best decision The food was excellent, customer service was stellar, location and atmosphere was a whole vibe. I highly recommend you stop by and try for yourself. I tried the soul food turkey leg and banana pudding cheesecake (it was so good)

I recently visited Rays Soul Food and Turkey Legs, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely amazing—bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I had the smothered pork chops, which were tender, well-seasoned, and covered in a rich, savory gravy that was simply divine. To round out my meal, I also had the mac and cheese, yams, and greens and cabbage. Each side was packed with flavor—the mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy, the yams were perfectly sweet and spiced, and the greens and cabbage had a delicious, hearty taste that tied everything together. For dessert, I couldn’t resist trying the peach cobbler, and it did not disappoint. It was warm, perfectly sweet, and the crust was buttery and flaky—a perfect way to end the meal. The vibe of the restaurant was unmatched. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and filled with great energy, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Service was also top-notch—quick, friendly, and attentive. My meal was served promptly, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. If you’re craving incredible soul food and a vibe that feels like home, Rays Soul Food and Turkey Legs is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Would recommend the spot. Great food, I got the loaded fries and 2 orders of oxtails, it was quite pricey but they give excellent servings and the food quality is on point and fresh, I would reccomend checking it out if your in the area.

Food was so delicious I started dancing in my seat! We had some mocktails, turkey legs, mac and cheese, greens, yams, sweet potato cornbread, peach cobbler, and banana pudding. Every bite made me so happy. Generous portions Nice vibe, super friendly service!

First time eating there and was not disappointed at all. Bought me and my wife some stuffed turkey legs. I had the Baked Mac & Cheese stuffed and she had the Cajun Pasta stuffed. Beautiful presentation. Taste was Excellent! One star deduction for food because me and my wife determined that the desserts are too sweet. Ordered both banana pudding and Peach Cobbler. Two star deduction because of Atmosphere. Didn't seem spacious. Seating looked cluttered. Just my opinion. Doesn't really change much of the overall enjoyment. Will be back.

We came with a large party on a Saturday close to opening and was able to be seated quickly. The people who greeted us were so nice. The service was good. Our food was excellent the portion sizes were huge. We will definitely be back

Love the service, food, and atmosphere. I joked and said it was like somebody's grandparent was in the kitchen putting in work. Welp, one of the cooks came out and it was literally very likely somebody's grandmother! The food did not disappoint. Almost couldn't stay awake .....I was so stuffed!! My family and I are considering going back one last time before heading back to Texas. Highly recommended
